All Desert-Escapes are air conditioned with private baths, sitting areas, TV and VCR. |
A fully refundable security deposit of $300 US is required to confirm a
reservation. The rental fee is due 45 days prior to arrival. Not included in the
rates is a $75 cleaning fee and a Hotel Tax of 10% for stays less than one month. Rental amounts are paid by check only, no credit cards.
The deposit is refundable if the condo is re-rented, less 10% administrative costs.
