Over the past several years we have grown primarily from return guests. All photos shown on the site are of the same units that our guests stay in. The answer is really quite simple. First, there are no middlemen, agents, or other third parties. Most other companies you will talk to charge at least 20-30% more so they can pay themselves and these other middlemen..and pay the owners. Second, we own these properties ourselves. Third, we create and manage our own web presence, so we do not have to pay other companies for you to be able find us or learn what we have to offer. Fourth, our philosophy is to keep our units rented, not sitting empty, as this keeps our units fresh. There's nothing worse than walking into a unit that has been sitting around empty for several months.
